Refund policy

We operate under an "All sales are final" policy, but we are always willing to work with of customers as we understand there are instances when things are out of our control. 

Refunds/Replacements/Shop Credit will be considered if: 

  • The the wrong item was delivered to you.
    • We streamline our operational processes to ensure we ship the correct item to you but we may make a mistake. Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong item. 
  • The item delivered to you is defected in some way. 
    • Quality control is vital when we are making our items, so if the item has a defected design or the design in some way alters during transportation we want to make it right!
    • If the contents inside the package is broken or has been exposed to moisture due to mishandling of the currier, please place a claim with the shipping provider as well as contact us. Most packages have insurance in the instance the damage is at the fault of the delivery service. We will work to ensure we are reimbursed and you have a new item shipped out. Take not that the claim process can take at minimum 2 weeks to reconcile so please be patient. 

*If products are damaged due to not following care instructions, we will not replace nor issue a refund. 

If the parameters above align with what you are experiencing, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. When contacting us, please put Refund/Replacement along with your order number and address as well as a description of your product in the body of the message.

In the event we replace your item, we will ask that you ship the item back to us and you will receive free shipping on your replacement item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will give you a store credit along with a BOGO promo code. 

 

Refunds/Replacements/Shop Credit will not be considered if: 

  • The outside of your package is damaged upon arrival. 
  • We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so please ensure you reference the size chart available in the listing description. Sizing guidance is provided for each item and we trust our customers to select items that they love in the correct sizing. If guidance is needed for sizing, contact us.
