Refund Policy

All sales are final. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order number and name to our email. Most packages have insurance in the instance the damage is at the fault of the delivery service. Once the claim has been processed with the delivery service, we will ask that you ship the item back to us and you will receive free shipping on your replacement item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will give you a store credit along with a BOGO free coupon. 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so please ensure you reference the size chart available in the listing description. Most of our items are true to size but sizing guidance is provide for each item. We trust our customers to select items that they love in the correct sizing.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and this is dependent upon the design. More intricate designs take longer and require additional processing time. Processing does not include shipping. Standard shipping is 5-7 days unless expedited shipping is selected. As we grow, we will get busier but SUGARCANE'S goals is to get your sweets out to you as quick as possible. 

Pre-orders are 2-4 weeks from your order date + standard shipping.

Despite our efforts, instances may occur where information may inaccurate due to either a typo or simple human error. All specification, products, description and prices of products on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. We value proper representation of our products. Accurately displaying product attributes, including the applicable color and design is our priority but the actual color of products depends on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display colors. Products are not warranted to be available on an ongoing basis and the decision is solely left to our discretion.

This site an all its materials, including but limited to, its software or HTML, code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio (collectively, "Materials") are protecte4d by copyright laws and other U.S laws and property of SUGARCANE LLC. The materials provide through this site as a service to its current and prospective visitors. All designs on this site are owned by SUGARCANE LLC and if the copyright law is breached, litigation will provide facilitation towards reconciliation. 

If you are ordering SUGARCANE LLC wholesale, you may utilize our stock photos but you will need to credit SUGARCANE LLC as the clothing vendor and must add this statement to your description "I [Business name here] do not own the rights to this product nor design. All rights are reserved to the vendor, SUGARCANE LLC."

The ecommerce store SUGARCANE LLC will not be responsible for in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer.
